The main reason pupils fail their driving test in Leeds or Wakefield is simply because they are not ready for the test. Always listen to your instructor and book your test when they say that you are ready. There is no point taking tests and failing, wasting money and destroying your confidence. We all hear the stories of mums and dads passing after only 10hrs, those days have gone and the standard you need to pass nowadays has probably increased 10 fold. The best way to know if you are near the standard required to pass your driving test is to do a mock test with your driving instructor on routes used. If your instructor is good they will have sat in on passed tests and know most of the roads. At the end of the day if you can’t pass your mock you will not pass the main test.
